Hamina was the first outdoor show for us this year. Even though we know that it's always cold in the show place in Hamina on May and we were well prepared with clothing, still we didn't expect the weather to be so freezing windy! At first the sun was shining but after a while there was a lot of clouds on the sky. But looking at the bright side, it didn't rain!
Anyway, this kind of weather is not suitable for the Whippets, neither for us, the Whippet owners. We should remember this when planning for the spring shows next time ;-)

Fiona at Match Show

The weather looked quite nice at home in Saukkola on Sunday morning. Also the weather forecast was quite promising so we decided to participate in unofficial Match Show in Malminkartano with Fiona.
The show place was quite nice and at the beginning was the weather, too, despite the slight wind. But that was a short time, after a while the sky was covered by the clouds and it became quite cold - at least it was too cold for whippets and whippet owners ;-)
Anyway, it was a good ring practise for Fiona who ended as 2nd in the red ("winning") small puppies competition.
